Tony Crabbe is an organizational psychologist who works with multinational companies around the world, including PWC, Microsoft, News International, Disney, and the World Bank. He is also a research fellow in the field of organizational psychology at Birkbeck College, University of London. Wow -- one of the best books like this that I've ever read!

I must say that I've been reading personal effectiveness/improvement and such for decades and this one is simply one of the best. It's simply packed with tons of truly useful advice, explained in a clear and compelling way and backed up by research and other illustrations. While most books of this type are ones where I find myself skimming, this one I couldn't put down and I read every page. I intended to read it again as well as to share it with everyone I care about. Tony Crabbe evidently made a big personal sacrifice to write this book, but I for one am truly appreciative of the valuable insights and advice in this book. Do yourself a favor and read it, then talk about it with friends and family, and practice the lessons of the book.

Busy talks about one of the biggest plagues of modern life and shows the way to deal effectively with its associated issues to improve your personal effectiveness and happiness.

Muzaffer Uysal is a Professor of Tourism in the Department of Hospitality and Tourism Management in Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, Blacksburg, Virginia USA. He received his Ph.D from Texas A&M University, and an MBA from the University of New Haven and a BS in business administration and accounting from Ankara Academy of Economics & Commercial Sciences. He has extensive experience in the travel and tourism field, authoring or co-authoring a significant number of articles in tourism, hospitality and recreation journals, proceedings, book chapters, and four monographs and two books relating to different aspects of tourism and research. He also has conducted workshops, seminars and field research in several countries. Dr. Uysal is a member of the International Academy for the Study of Tourism, the Academy of Leisure Sciences, and serves as co-editor of Tourism Analysis: An Interdisciplinary Journal. In addition, he sits on the editorial boards of a significant number of journals, including Journal of Travel Research, and Annals of Tourism Research as resource editor. Dr. Uysal received the Award for Research Excellence, Alumni Award for Excellence in International Education, Teaching Excellence Award from Pamplin College of Business, and Outstanding Research Award from College of Human Resources. In addition, he received the 2009 University of Delaware Michael D. Olsen Research Achievement Award in Hospitality and Tourism and a Lifetime Achievement Award in Tourism Research in 2008 from Chinese Tourism Management Association - Taiwan. Dr. Uysal is also featured in Who's Who in America (2001-2010). He worked as Associate Dean for Graduate Programs and Research in the College of Hospitality, Retail and Sport Management at the University of South Carolina from July 2007 to August 2008. His research interests center on tourism demand/supply interaction, tourism marketing, and quality of life research in tourism.

Absolutely Wonderful!!!

I've just finished this incredible book during a lunch break at work and now I've got to figure out how to clean the mascara off that is running down my cheeks from crying before I can start seeing my patients!! I could not put it down last night and read until I just passed out. Only thing now is that I didn't want it to end. Just one of the best feel good books I've read in a long time. Do not miss this one.

Will leave you feeling almost as happy as if you had gotten an actual puppy for Christmas

W. Bruce Cameron clearly knows dogs! From his book, "A Dog's Purpose" to "A Dog's Journey," he truly has a gift for expressing the incredible bond that is shared by dogs and humans. His new book, "The Dogs of Christmas" is so heartwarming, so joyous, and so completely enchanting, I dare anyone to read it and not immediately go to the nearest animal shelter to adopt a dog.
