Having inherited a prescient nature, Magus spent his childhood studying history and occult subjects, and had a keen interest in the esoteric areas of the physics of relativity and quantum mechanics. Throughout his life, Magus has experienced phenomena that seemed to support the idea of our living in a much more complex and malleable universe than the average person wishes to believe. Over time, he came to believe that most of the events that fill our lives are closely aligned with the laws of quantum mechanics. The years of his life as brought with them the realization that our world is filled with magic and miracles. It is the kind of magic and miracles which comes from the true quantum nature of the world we live in.

The years of his life as brought with them the realization that our world is filled with magic and miracles. It is the kind of magic and miracles which comes from the true quantum nature of the world we live in.'
And it is with this mystical year warmly conversational writing style that Magus Zeta share the concepts of Quantum Sorcery. In his introduction he states, ` The most powerful force in the universe is not gravity , or fusion, or the strong or weak nuclear forces. The most powerful force in the universe is the Observer. Every event that takes place in the universe has a quantum state. Actually, it has an infinite number of possible quantum states, until the Observer does his looking thing. At that instant, all of the possible quantum states, but one disappears, and suddenly the event is made real, at least in this universe.` He goes on to prepare the reader of this book by saying `Using the techniques in this book as a launching pad, one can transfer the control of their world from the dreaming undermind, to the parts of their mind that actually wants something. This book can help the sleeper to awaken, and to become the Quantum Sorcerer they were meant to be!'
Stepping through from the beginning of the Universe he introduces the concept of the Big Bang, the Black Hole, and all the interim scientific discoveries including of course quantum physics, all with a sense of humor and style that draws the reader into his development of Quantum Sorcery, offering the `simple manifestations of Quantum Sorcery. Phenomena such as precognition, telekinesis, teleportation and bilocation, astral projection or remote viewing, and skin walking are all examples of simple Quantum Sorcery. By simple, we mean that it is the manipulation of one aspect of our quantum world, and by complex, we mean that it involves two or more aspects in conjunction with each other. Some of the complex manifestations of Quantum Sorcery include sympathetic magic, telepathy, shape-shifting, summoning, transmutation , dowsing, and fire-walking.' And further, `The advantages that the Quantum Practitioner has over the Traditional one is plentiful and valuable. First, since the QP knows the true source of his power, he can maintain a pure belief in his art's efficacy. Second, he knows that the ritual and other non-mental aspects of his practice are for psychological reasons, and can mix and match his magical tools to the best effect for him. Third, and possibly most important, he knows what to look for in the events around him, in order to validate the nature of his world periodically as all people occasionally must. Even the Saints could not maintain their beliefs without the occasional miracle to keep them
inspired.'
This is a brain teasing book that serves to bring out the myriad possibilities of the mind and the acceptance of quantum physics as it applies to each of us, empowering us with all manner of `magick'. Both scientifically challenging and philosophically rewarding , Magus Zeta frees the spirit and in doing so introduces us to those aspects of being an integral part of the particles or quantum in which we are spinning. Confusing and Difficult to Maneuver Read, with Some Gems of Lucidity

Better have your Quantum Physics and your Magickal Arts Hat on when reading Quantum Sorcery Basics; this is not exactly ‘light’ reading. In fact, you may need to be a ‘very smart mathematician tripping’ [your] ‘brains out on a good hallucinogen’ indeed, to understand it! (Lucky for me I was a Hippie back in the Day.)
To give the author credit, he does an excellent job (in my opinion) of explicating the ‘mechanics’ (so to speak) of the Law of Attraction (the results of Dreaming) or how to ‘create the world you expect,’ or as many so-called New Agers say, ‘your own reality.’
Says Master Zeta: “The mind selects the events it expects…creating the world according to its rules.”
For those of you who are into ritual, Magick might be the way to go in order to bring your dreams to fruition. If you’re more of an egghead, then understanding how Quantum Physics works and how we actually DO draw to us whatever we focus on (intention + emotion) and expect, there’s something here for you, too.
Either way, whatever we focus on through ritual, science or even through our unconscious efforts to bring to us the objects of our dreams (and sometimes our nightmares), you WILL create the reality that you intend; even if unconsciously. Yet, you will reap more preferred results if you focus and guide your intentional process.
In my opinion, although the Quantum Sorcery Basics blurb seems to state pretty much what the book is about – and while I am quite familiar with both Quantum Physics/Mechanics and several of the more esoteric arts –I struggled with assimilating/integrating the two based on the author’s method in order to see clearly how to manifest anything, other than (what appeared to be to me) obvious basics. But then, the author DID say this was Quantum Sorcery BASICS.
For me, however, if the concept lacks clear 1,2,3 instructions that state how a process works or should work, I have difficulty in making it work for me. While this could just be me, I am extremely analytical and prefer more coherent organization which I had a difficult time ascertaining from this book.
So, if you like your explanations succinct and easy to understand, this book is not for you. If, on the other hand you prefer digging into the intricate and sometimes complicated world of WHY things work as they do, can separate and extrapolate voluminous often confusing data, then Quantum Sorcery Basics is definitely for you. But you might want to have a dictionary and an eTutor for Physics or Magick handy if either is new to you
However, don’t take my word for it. If the blurb piques your interest, by all means check this book out. As I said, it’s not that it doesn’t have some fine points; it’s just that I perceive through a slightly different lens. What may not work for me, may well work for you.

The Science of Magick

The Five Second Review:
Like the idea of positive visualization but it seems a little fluffy to you? Quantum Sorcery Basics will nail down the art of quantum mechanics for you with enough science to blow your hair back.
What I liked:
Quantum Sorcery Basics by Magus Zeta is partially theory and partially a practical guide to utilizing magick to have a positive impact on your daily life. What's this mean? I'm a bit of a data junkie. I like science, I like numbers, I like things that make sense to me - and string theory, quantum mechanics make more sense than just saying that someone should "think positively."
The author goes through personal experiences of 'sorcery' examples, practical uses for magick and the theory behind it all in this book - but this book is in NO WAY fluffy. It is completely hardcore. But you'll definitely understand the rules behind the laws of attraction better having read this book than you ever would have reading and re-reading the Secret.
What I wish was different:
This is a dense book with some really heavy examples. I wish that it was a little more accessible to the 'common man,' - which books like The Secret usually are. Other than that, the book is clear and smart.
Do I recommend this book:
If you are interested in quantum mechanics, get this book NOW.
If you are interested in improving your life or making big changes in your life. BUY IT.
If you want something fun to read on a Sunday afternoon --- well, I guess this would do, but I'd probably suggest a nice mystery.
